Once you book your package, we’ll kick things off with an intake session to get to the real roots of what’s going on—then we’ll map out your customized Brash game plan. Each session is about 50 minutes long, with support tools, action steps, and check-ins based on your package level.

Aside from your weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute session, expect about 20–30 minutes for reflection, journaling, or trying out the tools we discuss. (Unless you’re in an overthinking spiral—then we’ll use that time instead. No shame.)

Coaching is a mutual commitment. I show up 100% for you, and I ask that you do the same. Because this is a results-driven partnership and space is limited, refunds are not offered once coaching begins. That said, if you have questions or concerns—we talk about them. I’m not a robot, and you’re not a number.
