Coaching That Cuts Through The Noise

Ditch the fluff. Own your sh*t. Reclaim your life.

Sick of Anxiety Running Your Life?

Or Dodging Emotional Landmines From Someone Else’s Addiction?

I SEE YOU.

You’re not “just stressed.”

You’re not “overreacting.”

And noyou’re not crazy.

You’re living in a body that feels like a war zone.

Maybe it started with the constant tension in your shoulders.

Or the way you couldn’t fall asleep because your mind wouldn’t shut up. But now? It’s not just in your head—it’s in your chest. Your stomach. Your limbs. Even in your bones.

And the worst part? You can’t explain it. And nobody around you seems to get it.

You’ve been to the ER, convinced it was something serious—because it is.

They said “everything looks fine,” but it doesn’t feel fine when it feels like your heart is about to beat out of your chest.

That’s the part nobody talks about.

The part where your body becomes the enemy.

Where the fear of the next symptom becomes the symptom.

Where you’re not even living anymore—just managing. Bracing. Surviving.

I know that place.

I lived in that place.

I joked that I had been to the ER so many times that they should name a wing after me. But inside? I was unraveling

That’s when I knew something had to change.

And that’s when Brash Body and Soul was born—from the rubble of rock bottom, with one promise: never again.

You Don’t Have to Be Falling Apart to Want More…

Maybe you’re not in full on survival mode.

Maybe you’re not crying in parking lots or panic—googling symptoms at 2AM.

Maybe… you’re just done.

Done treading water.

Done playing small.

Done living a life shaped by people-pleasing, fear, or stories someone else wrote for you.

You’re not drowning—but you’re definitely not  thriving.

And that quiet voice whispering, “there’s got to be more than this”?

You’re not imagining it.

You’re onto something.

You don’t have to be falling apart to want more.

You just have to be done with the BS.

This is where the shift hits the fan.

Not just mindset work—identity-level transformation.

The kind that makes you feel like you again… or maybe for the first damn time.

Certified Coach Practitioner. Mental Health Advocate. Recovering People Pleaser.

Lisa Burchett

I’m Lisa—founder of Brash Body and Soul—where healing gets real, growth gets gritty, and there’s zero room for sugarcoated self-help.

I’m a Certified Coach Practitioner with over three decades of firsthand experience battling panic attacks and anxiety. I’ve been raised by alcoholics, married to alcoholics, grandparented by alcoholics—basically, if dysfunction were an Olympic sport, I’d have a gold medal and a reality show by now.

Through it all, I’ve learned how to stop surviving and start living—with purpose, with boundaries, and without apologizing for who I am. And now? I help others do the same.

Because I get it. I’ve lived what most coaches only read about in textbooks. I don’t teach from a pedestal—I teach from the trenches. I bring a blend of hard-earned wisdom, trauma-informed strategy, and a no-BS coaching style that cuts through the noise and actually works. If you’re tired of being handed band-aid advice or told to “just breathe” without anyone explaining how or why that even helps, I’ve got you.

A mentor once told me: we all have a story we tell ourselves. And more often than not, it’s not a kind one.

Some of us are born into that story. Others absorb it piece by piece through pain, rejection, trauma, or silence. Then we spend our lives unwittingly trying to prove it true. It’s called confirmation bias—we seek evidence for our beliefs, even the ones that hurt us.
Even if the story isn’t true—we still cling to it.

My story? I picked it up in the second grade.

It whispered: You’re unworthy. The world will always reject you.
And for a long time, I believed it.

I built Brash to be the kind of space I wish I had when I was in the thick of it: bold, honest, a little irreverent, and rooted in tools that actually shift your life—not just your mood.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, navigating recovery, navigating someone in recovery, fighting against burnout, or the general chaos of just being a human in this world, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion, humor, and tools that actually work.

This isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about breaking the patterns, finding your voice, and becoming the boldest, baddassest version of you.

Brash is so much more than just a brand—it’s a movement. A rebellion against the stories that were never yours to begin with. My mission? To help you break cycles, find your voice, and build a life so aligned, it gives your nervous system a standing ovation.
